BR 2-08: The History of Money

"I was very impressed the history of money." (Brasch, 2007, p.4 and p.8).

This story is non-fiction. Why I choose this book? Because I have an interested in this book when I saw this book cover and title. We always using "money". But I don't know how history of money. So I want to know the money of history.

After I have finished this book, I was very surprised that a lot of things about before there was money. (Brasch, 2007, p.4) A long time ago, before there was money, people bartered with one another. I thought very surprised and wonder about that things. This means they swapped one type of good for another. For example, a person might swap a pig for a goat. It maybe that pig or goat are same worth of money!! I was really surprised. And I was very surprised again.

(Brasch, 2007, p.8) Today, money comes in coins and notes. But people have used different things for money. Communities have used whatever they could find as money, like shells and feathers. I have heard that things used shells and fearhers as money when I was a student of high school student. I have learned that things in the history class. But I did not know that know about very well. I felt happy I can know about the money of history. I think that I have to take care of money. Money is very important for us.

BR 2-07: At the Shops

"I love shoping very much." (Nicolas, 2007, p.4).
This story is non-fiction. Why I choose this book? Because I have intarested shops a lot, and I love go shooping very much. Do you like to go shopping?

 (Nicolas, 2007, p.4) People buy things at shops. People need shops because they cannot make or grow all the things they need. Some shops sell food, clothes, and toys. THe shops has a lot of kinds. Especially, I love the shops sell clothes. Because I have a lot of interested in the fasions.  I want to be a fashionably girls, and a cute girls. So I like to go shopping with my friends. I often like to go shopping with my other like super market. A lot of shops sell food. Some food shops sell fruit. Some food shops sell meat. And some food shops sell fish. It's very interesting, isn't it? There are a lot of kinds some foods!!

I always buy my clothes at Dazzlin at Parco. Dazzlin is really cute!! I love Dazzlin very much. I can forgot to all my stress about my life, or my part-time jobs, when I go shoppings with my friends. I love shoping very much.

BR 2-06: Christmas Fun

"I love Christmas but I don't like Critsmas." (Laura, 2007, p.16).

This story is fiction. Why I choose this book? Because I love christmas, and my birthday is christmas. My birthday is December 25th. So my friends can remember my birthday good well.

I always very happy but I felt a little sad. Because everyone have two happy days in a year. Each other birthday or christmas day. But my birthday is christmas, so it is same day. I have a happy day only in a year. My friends can eat two cakes and two present in a year, but I always can eat cake and a present in a year.

Do you remember a Santa Claus? I really believe of him still. He always giving a lot of children hopes, loves, and dreams to all over the world. I love him very much. (Laura, 2007, p.16) And I like the christmas songs. I know a lot of christmas songs. Jingle Bells is a one of songs. I can not waiting for christmas this year.

Hello, dear my host family.

Nice to meet you. My name is Arisa Honda. I am nine teen years old. I am from Nagamine Kumamoto. Do you know Kumamoto? There are a lot of interesting places. For example, mount Aso, Kumamoto castle, Hitoyoshi, and Tsuruya. Mount Aso and Kumamoto castle are both of famous places of Kumamoto. By the way, I love Kumamoto castle the best. If you come to Kumamoto, I will show you around of Kumamoto.

How many do you have your family? I have five peoples in my family. My mother, my father, my broyher, my sister, and my dog. But I have two grand mothers and a grand father in Hitoyoshi and Aso. They are old, and they are really kind for me. I felt happy when we can meet each other. And we always hugs each other. My pearents are very kinds for me too. I always can understand they loves me. I have a young brother and young sister. We always a squabble every day. But in fact, I love them very much. I have a dog. He is kinds of a dachshund. He is still two years old!! And he is very cute. I think that he is still baby because he often pissed in my room. So I have to always clean my room. Do you like dogs? I like animals a lot. I love my family. 

I like music very much. For example, Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, and Kana Nishino. I always listen to music when I happened something happy things, sad things, and bad things. I get a big power from music, and I felt happy. Do you know there singers? And what singers or music do you like? Please tell me. I love sweets very much. I like cakes, cookies, candies, and so on. I know delicious cake shops a lot. So let's go there some day. I hope to you like them very much.

I am a university student. And I go to Kumamoto Gakuenn University. There are a lot of friends. They are very kind for me. I love them very much. I have enjoyed to go to school every day. But I have a problem in my school life. I have a lot of home works to do. I always busy in my school life and a part-time jobs, so I have no times to do. I have to taking more free times to do my home works.

By the way, I have a big dream!! I want to be a flyght attendant. They are really cool, isn't it? I think that they are super woman. I want to be a woman like that since I was twenty years old. And I want to I can speak English and Korean. I love Korean foods, Korean singers, and Korean of beauty. So I have a Korean class on Thurs day. I have a good time always class with my friends. I am looking forward to Korean class every week.

That's almost all invited my self. I am glad even if you could understand a litte of me. I am really looking for ward to see you. I'm very exciting. I want to see you as soon as possible.

"I love Charlie and the Chocolate Factory very much." (Laidlaw, 2001, p.13).

This story is non-fiction. Why I choose this book? Because "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory" is the my best movies I have seen since today.

I have seen this movie when I was 15 years old. At that time, Jhonnie Depp was the hero in the movie. Do you know him? He is a very famous actor all over the world. I love chocolate. I think that all of girls are loves chocolate. I like the story like suddunly, into the wonder land. It very interesting isn't it? I really love Mr.Wonka.

His imagine is really wonderful!! And I love "Happy Workers" who works in the chocolate factory. They sing always interesting songs. I felt happy too. I like the all of scenes in the chocolate factory. I really love this story. I wish you saw and read this story once.

This story is non-fiction. Why I choose this book? Because the book cover is a sheep's big face, and I think that the name of title 'Sheep Station' is very interesting!!

After that I have finished to read this book, I was very surprised because a big sheep station can have up to 50 people working on it. I did not know that. I like sheep because they are very cute.

 Lots of things are made with the wool. For example, a rug, gloves, woollen socks, and carpet. I was surprised that too!! And I think that they are look like warmer. I want to try to wool things.

 "I like lions, but they are scary for me."  (Mitchell, 2007, p. 12).

This story is fiction. Why I choose this book? Because the name of books 'Lions!' is look likes very interesting. And I have an interested in lions since I have watched some lions in the zoo when I was child.

After that I have finished to read this book, I felt really scary and shrill, because the family leaves alone at safari parks around the lions.

 If I were in the family, and the many lions hunting us, I am sure that we are faint from too terror. But this book was happy end. So they were get arrived. I felt very happy and safety.

This story is fiction. Why I choose this book? Because I love this story of 'Snow White and Seven Dwarfs.

 I know this almost story. I have heard and watched this story when I was child in Disney movies. I love the girl Snow White. But I think that she is really sad girl. I don't like the bad witch, because she is very very bad witch.

I like the scene the best is cool king kissed a queen snow white. At least, He could helped her. I was very impressed this scene. I like disney and disney movies very much.
